With the help of Malekko, you can add a modern touch to the drum collection in your studio. The plugin has a wide variety of kits, from solo drums to electronic kits, from percussion to instruments of other genres. All of them are rich sounding and feature a number of tools of audio and MIDI editing.
The Macintosh version features an entirely new interface, which you would be encouraged to use. The operating system now disaggregates controls between two different screens, the Mac desktop and the ColorMunki licenses (meters such as the controls panel and (sliders, like the blend and balance mixer) on one and the actual instruments (macros, like the keyboard control) on the other. ColorMunki instruments are shown in a ribbon, with each instrument representing an individual page of the ribbon. And due to the ribbon graphics, comments on ColorMunki instruments are actually fairly localized. After some experimentation, it can become quite apparent which instruments have which controls. Recently, the ribbon was revised to better fit this model, but they could have gone a step further. 7211a4ac4a
